This size is most suitable for carrying insulin and pens for long stay trips or expeditions. Will hold:

a) 8 x Insulin Injector disposable pens

b) 20 cartridges (3ml or 1.5ml)
OR
c) 8 x 10ml vials (bottles).
OR
d) 3 x innolet injectors

NB: if you have a Saline or Humapen, then may only hold 6-7 pens due to thickness of pen.
